FEARLESS: Taylor Swift

i'm not really a fan of country music. i find it boring and and well, just plain boring.. until i saw this blond, blue-eyed,amazonian girl who writes her own songs about teenage love and the life of being a teen.

she's definitely pretty. too bad that joe jonas dumped her over the phone!
well, i'm not going to discuss Taylor Swift's past romance with JoeJo but her 2nd album titled FEARLESS.

the album was released on November 11, 2008 and is made up of 13 original tracks.
just like all country songs, you'll hear the strumming of the guitar on all tracks and you'll get to hear Colbie Caillat (which i am not a fan of) on background vocals for the song "Breathe".
Taylor is fond of using names on her songs. She mentioned the name Abigail on the song "Fifteen"--Abigail is Taylor's bestfriend, and there's also the song "Hey Stephen". It was said that Stephen is a guy whom Taylor had a crush on.

The only overtly country-ish things about Fearless are Swift's light drawl, the occasional reference to a "one-horse town" and a bit of fiddle and banjo tucked into the mix.
This album is good if you would like to relax or put yourself to sleep. not because it'll bore you to death but because her soothing voice would calm you down and would make you forget your stressful day with the lines of her songs that are like telling a story.(Love Story and The Best Day)

i've been listening to this album for a week now and it's quiet therapeutic. If you want, you can download them below.

ALBUM TRACKS:
13. Change

my favorites: White Horse, Breathe,The Best Day and Hey Stephen (her hum in this song is so infectious)
